Description: On the night of April 2, 2017, plaintiff Shawn Gilliam was standing at an intersection when he was approached by defendant Officers Acevedo, Demery, and other unknown officers. The defendant officers proceeded to assault Mr. Gilliam and arrest him for intent to obtain transportation without paying and third degree assault. The defendant officers then brought Mr. Gilliam to the stationhouse, where he was detained. All charges were eventually dismissed on January 16, 2018.

They failed to attend to his medical needs. Mr. Gordon was charged with criminal mischief and an administrative code violation due to the Defendant Officers false statements.
