Description: On or about September 19, 2014, at approximately 6:45pm, Plaintiff was unlawfully detained, arrested, and imprisoned Defendant NYPD officers. Defendants intentionally, wantonly, brutally, and maliciously assaulted and battered Plaintiff, using excessive and unreasonable force in restraining and detaining Plaintiff without cause, provocation, or justification. Aforesaid arrest and imprisonment was malicious, unlawful, and not based on a warrant, probable cause, and/or any other justification.
