Description: On August 23, 2012, at approximately 11 - 11:30pm, Plaintiff ALAN RODRIGUEZ was in his home when he heard a commotion in the street outside. Through his front window, Plaintiff observed several NYPD police officers physically subdue his neighbor, ERIC CAMPBELL. After Plaintiff walked outside, Plaintiff observed a plain clothed officer kick Mr. CAMPBELL in the face and then observed another officer stand on Mr. Campbell's face. When Plaintiff commented to his girlfriend's brother that the officer was standing on Mr. Campbell's face, one of the officers told Plaintiff to go inside.
