Description: On or about March 30, 2022, Plaintiff was unlawfully stopped by NYPD officers in the subway station, thrown against the benches, and handcuffed for no reason and with no explanation. Plaintiff was transported to and processed at the 17th Precinct, where his Miranda Rights were never read to him. Plaintiff was then transported to Central Booking, where Officers John Doe #1-2 attacked him without provocation, to the point where Plaintiff needed medical attention at a hospital for 10 days. Description: On November 2, 2016, Defendants Officer Estefany Rosario, Officer Kevin Platz, Sergeant Kristin Brito, Officer Joseph Lucurto, Officer Derrick Li, Officer Crystal Diaz, Officer Nelson Batista, Officer Klaudio Kushi, and Officer Jerold Lutz unlawfully surrounded, assaulted, battered, and arrested Plaintiff. The Defendants were handling the arrest of a duo at the time of the incident.
