Complaint
Description: On June 14, 2012, Plaintiff was standing near an apartment building and smoking a cigarette. Defendant NYPD Lieutenant Muller spoke to Plaintiff in a demeaning and disrespectful manner, and threatened that if Plaintiff did not go into the apartment building, he would arrest her. After 10 minutes, Muller shoved Plaintiff into a police vehicle and took Plaintiff to a precinct. On August 13, 2012, the case against Plaintiff which arose out of the aforesaid incident was dismissed by the Court.
