Description: On October 5, 2018, the plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, seized, searched, and arrested by the defendant POs including Detective Geoge Colon without any reasonable suspicion of unlawful behaviour. The defendants falsely accused the plaintiff of crimes including possession of marijuana and illegally searched the plaintiff even though no marijuana was found on the person of the plaintiff. The plaintiff had blood in his mouth and was taken to a hospital. The plaintiff was then taken to the 43rd Precinct where the plaintiff was fingerprinted, photographed, strip-searched and detained for a day. The charges were dismissed on October 6, 2018.
