Description: On March 24, 2023, around 6:00 A.M., plaintiff Alexandra Abreu was falsely arrested inside the premises of 2175 Lacombe Avenue, Apt 10J, Bronx, NY. Plaintiff was assaulted, battered, and was seized without justification. Plaintiff was caused to suffer multiple injuries and placed in handcuffs. At no time did Plaintiff engage in criminal activity.

Officers then stopped, grabbed, searched, and arrested Plaintiff using excessive force without probable cause. Plaintiff was then transported to the precinct and charged. Description: On October 5, 2018, the plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, seized, searched, and arrested by the defendant POs including Detective Geoge Colon without any reasonable suspicion of unlawful behaviour. The defendants falsely accused the plaintiff of crimes including possession of marijuana and illegally searched the plaintiff even though no marijuana was found on the person of the plaintiff. The plaintiff had blood in his mouth and was taken to a hospital. The plaintiff was then taken to the 43rd Precinct where the plaintiff was fingerprinted, photographed, strip-searched and detained for a day. The charges were dismissed on October 6, 2018.
