Description: Defendant Ricardo Bocachica and Michael Delfin savagely beat Plaintiff, sprayed mace in his face after handcuffing him to a fence. Defendants then arrested Plaintiff on charges of inter alia Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree. Upon information and belief, Bocachica and Delfino planted narcotics seized from another arrest at the scene of Plaintiff's arrest.
