Description: On October 4, 2012 at approximately 6:30 AM, at Plaintiff's apartment, Det. Nela Gomez, Sgt. Angel Leon, Sgt. Gregory Accomando, Sgt. Tynetta Jackson, Sgt. Luke Sullivan requested Plaintiff accompany them to the Manhattan Child Advocacy Center. Plaintiff was falsely accused and charged with sexually assaulting a minor and was taken to the precinct and central booking. Plaintiff was assaulted and battered by Gomez, Leon, Accomando, Jackson and Sullivan. All of the above-named officers gave false testimony. All of the above-named officers and DA's office suppressed and failed to disclose exculpatory evidence and intimidated/coerced witnesses.
Plaintiff was held in custody at Riker's Island until January 13, 2014...
