Description: On or about August 18, 2016, in the County of New York, Defendants, officers and detectives of the NYPD seized and searched Plaintiff without a warrant or probable cause. Defendants detained, handcuffed, arrested and imprisoned Plaintiff and transported him to a police precinct.
