Complaint
Description: On April 2, 2023, the plaintiff was approached by NYPD officers, including Officer Colleen B. Donohue and other unidentified officers. The plaintiff was assaulted and battered by the defendants, including being tased, grabbed, tackled to the ground, having his arms twisted and pulled behind his back, and forcefully placed in handcuffs. While in handcuffs and under police custody, the plaintiff was falsely arrested and transported by ambulance to a hospital for medical treatment due to his injuries. Thereafter, the plaintiff was taken to the 75th Precinct and maliciously prosecuted.
