Description: On or about May 26, 2022, at approximately 5:30 or 6:00 am., Plaintiff was asleep when he was awakened by loud explosive bangs that sounded like they came from the entrance of his apartment. Plaintiff was alarmed and went to check on his stepdaughter before checking the front door where he was met with several police officers with their guns drawn and some were equipped with riot shields. Plaintiff panicked and ran out into the hallway with his hands up and was immediately handcuffed and placed in his living room.
