Description: On December 12, 2016, plaintiff was walking near his house when suddenly several NYPD cars arrived and stated that plaintiff needed to go to the hospital. Description: On July 6, 2013, Plaintiff Kevon Attzs was beaten by police officers Brian Montross, Joseph Zella, Daniel Defrancesco, Hector Martinez, George Alexander and an officer with the last name of Hall, with no first name available.
