Description: On May 15, 2024, Plaintiff was lawfully on the street doing nothing illegal or improper, when Defendant NYPD officers Mede, Adams, and Hijazi, as well as several other unknown Defendant NYPD officers, stopped Plaintiff for no reason. The Defendants accused Plaintiff of having committed a crime. The Defendants searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained Plaintiff in any excessive manner without any legal justification. Plaintiff was arrested and subjected to a strip search while in police custody and without any legal reason or justification.
