Description: On April 13, 2022, Plaintiffs were lawfully sleeping with their infant child inside a bedroom belonging to Plaintiff Gillard’s mother when Defendants Giannini and Harris opened the bedroom door after unlawfully entering the apartment without a valid search warrant and approached Plaintiffs and their children while armed with guns aimed at Plaintiffs, without probable cause, reasonable suspicion, exigent circumstances, or any legal justification whatsoever.
