Description: On or about February 20th, 2023, at approximately 1:30 a.m., Plaintiffs Samuel Sanchez and Jhoan Sanchez were lawfully in the vicinity of 801 Soundview Avenue, Bronx, NY, when Defendants--NYPD Police Officers Abdelrah Moustafa, John Doe, and John Roe--approached them. The officers had no valid arrest warrant, probable cause, or reasonable cause to approach, stop, search, seize, touch, grab, assault, batter, violate, handcuff, and detain both Plaintiffs in such an aggressive, offensive, and excessive manner.
