Description: On November 15, 2013, Plaintiffs Jeanna John and Jeremie Holder were outside the residence of their daughter and inquired of NYPD officers why they were there. NYPD officers pushed the pregnant Plaintiff Jeanna John, causing her to fall and fear for her baby’s health.
Plaintiff Jeremie Holder, was lawfully present in his car when Defendant Duran reached through the window, and grabbed his thumb, breaking it, then forcibly removed Holder, handcuffed and arrested him.
