Description: On June 8, 2021 Plaintiff was in the vicinity of East Tremont Avenue and Grand Concourse in the Bronx when Defendant Officers, including Officer Keith, approached, tackled, struck, and violently handcuffed Plaintiff. stopped, handcuffed and arrested by Jonathan Keith and other unknown police officers without probable cause or any other legal justifications. Although Plaintiff was searched and that nothing illegal was found, he was held for several hours before being transported to the Central booking. On March 31, 2021 Plaintiff’s arrest was declined to be prosecuted by the Office of the Bronx County District Attorney but plaintiff still sustained physical and mental injuries from the arrest.

Description: On July 14, 2020, Plaintiff was stopped, handcuffed, and arrested by Defendant officers Keith, Espinal, and Does near 2396 Morris Avenue, Bronx, NY. They maliciously accused the Plaintiff of possessing and selling a controlled substance. Following the arrest, the Plaintiff was taken to the 46th precinct, where he underwent a strip search. After spending several hours at the 46th precinct, the Plaintiff was transferred to Bronx Central Booking. On July 16, 2020, the Plaintiff was released after his arraignment. All charges against the Plaintiff were later dismissed in his favor. As a result, the Plaintiff suffered damages.

Plaintiff was subjected to a strip search and remained incarcerated for over 24 hours. While in custody, P.O.s pushed, assaulted and battered Plaintiff, causing injury to his head, neck, back, body and limbs. Plaintiff was prosecuted based on false allegations by P.O.s until charges against Plaintiff were eventually terminated favorably.
