Description: On or around the first week of August 2023, the plaintiff, Felipe Acevedo, was detained and interrogated by the defendants at the 25th precinct. The complaint alleges that the plaintiff was moved from cell to cell at the precinct without proper medical attention knowing that the plaintiff had gun shot wound(s) that were not treated for, and interrogated the plaintiff under duress. The plaintiff also alleged that Harlem Hospital, another defendant in the complaint, acted negligently when treating the plaintiff's gun shot wounds, and discharged the plaintiff to the NY police officers with broken bones.
