Complaint
Description: On October 25, 2016, Defendants wrongfully touched, grabbed, handcuffed, and seized the Plaintiff in an excessive manner causing him physical pain and mental suffering. Defendants placed Plaintiff in imminent fear of physical contact by approaching the Plaintiff and restraining him. Plaintiff was falsely arrested and imprisoned. Plaintiff was taken to the hospital and members of the NYPD gave false and perjurious statements to the hospital which prompted them to administer unnecessary medication and sedatives to Plaintiff.
