Description: On July 13, 2018, the plaintiff was lawfully present in the street when he was violently assaulted, battered and arrested by defendant POs Rennhack, Whittemann and Does without an arrest warrant or any probable cause. Defendant POs then intentionally created and submitted erroneous police reports to cause the prosecution of plaintiff.
