Description: On May 20, 2020 plaintiff was struck by an MTA bus in Columbus Circle. Plaintiff wanted the bus driver's information to make a complaint and stood in front of the bus. P.O. Alexander Gorman and an unidentified officer arrived at the scene and told plaintiff to get out of the street. Plaintiff explained why he was there, but P.O. Gorman suddenly pepper-sprayed plaintiff in his face. With his eyes burning and struggling to see and breathe, Plaintiff went to a nearby Duane Reade to try to find water or milk to wash his eyes out.
