Description: On April 24, 2017, Plaintiff Gregory Cantey was attacked and robbed by two individuals as he approached a building to visit his daughter. Plaintiff chased the individuals to a nearby school where he was stopped by a security officer. The officer pushed and slammed the Plaintiff to the ground when the plaintiff tried explaining that he was pursuing robbers who had robbed him. During this altercation, patrol officers Justin Quintero and another unidentified officer arrived at East 179th St. Honeywell Avenue. Shortly thereafter, additional unidentified officers arrived on the scene.
