Description: On December 26, 2022, the plaintiff was approached by officers Jennifer Martinez and John and Jane Does (unidentified) in the hallway outside her apartment, where she was assaulted and battered as the officers grabbed her, twisted her arms, kicked and pushed her, and forcefully placed her in handcuffs. At the precinct she was taken to, the plaintiff was subjected to an unauthorized search. The plaintiff was taken in cuffs and shackles to a hospital for medical attention.
