Description: On November 19, 2016, defendant and NYPD officer David Quattrocchi unlawfully stopped, detained, searched and arrested plaintiff, while he was in the rear seat of a taxi cab. Defendant officer Quattrocchi roughly searched plaintiff and put him handcuffs in a purposefully tightly way in order to cause pain and injury. Plaintiff was transported to the 75th precinct and strip searched, maliciously prosecuted as a result of false police reports prepared by Quattrocchi, and unlawfully imprisoned. All charges were dismissed on March 15, 2017.

Description: On January 9, 2016, plaintiff was lawfully present in the street when he was stopped by defendant POs Cuoco and Quattrocchi who had their guns pointed at him. Defendant PO Martinez indicated that he knew plaintiff, who had previously sued him for violating his civil and constitutional rights. Without any probable cause, plaintiff was then placed under arrest. At the precinct, defendant POs knowingly provided false information to the District Attorney's Office, causing plaintiff to be charged with crimes he did not commit.

Description: On May 15, 2015, plaintiff was lawfully participating in the filming of a music video. A large number of officers arrived on the scene, and many indviduals ran, discarding contraband and weapons. Officers recovered a gun from under plaintiff's parked car, but she was nowhere near her car and officers knew that. Description: On August 9, 2016, Plaintiff was at his home when Plaintiff was falsely arrested, assaulted and battered by Officer David Quattrocchi and other unknown officers, without probable cause. As a result, Plaintiff suffered severe and serious injuries.
