Description: On April 29, 2014, Plaintiff’s friend, Mr. Borrelli, was driving Plaintiff home after a recreational hockey game. They stopped at a yellow traffic light, when P.O. Brendan Cronin, who had been heavily drinking all day, grabbed his service weapon from his parked car and repeatedly fired from the rear of Mr. Borrelli’s car. Officer Cronin fired at close range at Plaintiff and Mr. Borrelli, who sat chatting in Mr. Borrelli’s stopped car, emptying his ammunition clip.
