Description: Plaintiff was identified by a robbery victim as a possible suspect of the robbery in a photo array. Plaintiff was contacted by Defendant Detectives, went to the 34th precinct with his counsel for a lineup, and was instead arrested. Plaintiff was charged with robbery and burglary but the charges were later dismissed after he was exonerated by DNA evidence. A copy of the surveillance tape also shows that the burglar looks nothing like Plaintiff.

Description: During 2011, Plaintiff was involved in the Occupy Wall Street (OWS) movement as a live-streamer. On November 15, 2011, Plaintiff was at Zuccotti Park in support of OWS. Officers raided the peaceful protest, during which Plaintiff was tackled to the ground and punched. Plaintiff was dragged through the park resulting in the loss of his clothes and injury. Plaintiff was placed on a bus, handcuffed, and arrested. Plaintiff was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass which were later dismissed.
