Description: On March 31, 2020, in the vicinity of 488 7th Avenue, in the county of New York, the plaintiff was falsely arrested, unlawfully imprisoned, and illegally searched by defendant NYPD officers. There was no time in which the plaintiff was in actual, constructive, or statutory possession of any contraband. The plaintiff had multiple assaults and batteries, committed to his person, by defendants such as being tackled to the ground and having knees forced against his back. The defendants also knowingly made false accusations in order for prosecutors to seek pressing charges against him.
