Description: On September 7, 2019, plaintiff was legally in the vicinity of 3016 Webster Avenue, Bronx, when defendant police officers, without any probable cause or legal justification, approached plaintiff for no reason other than his age/race and summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained him in an excessive manner. Plaintiff was then handcuffed and arrested. While in custody, plaintiff was strip-searched, and during arraignment he was falsely prosecuted with committing a crime. All charges against plaintiff were eventually terminated in his favor. As a result of defendants' actions, plaintiff sustained severe physical and emotional injuries.
