Description: On March 11, 2013, the plaintiffs were passengers in a vehicle driven by a third person, when defendant officers Joshua Stewart, Felipe Filippi and John Doe 1-10 ordered them out of the vehicle and, without any probable cause or reasonable suspicion, searched them and the vehicle, uncovering no evidence of criminal activity. Plaintiffs were arrested and transported to the precinct, where the defendant officers allegedly discovered oxycodine pills in the glove comportment of the vehicle.
