Description: On January 22, 2015, plaintiff was in his home on 108th St, Elmhurst Queens, NY, in his bedroom when his mother told him police were there for him. Plaintiff went to the officers and they told him they had a warrant for him. Plaintiff went with the police officers. Officers placed plaintiff in a van and took him to the 115th precinct. At the precinct, officers took plaintiff to the second floor. A detective asked plaintiff if he knew why he was there and plaintiff said no and was told he had two warrants.
