Description: On October 29, 2012 Plaintiff was filming a location at an intersection when he was approached by PO Jonathan Virtuoso, who grabbed Plaintiff, threw him to the ground, and assaulted Plaintiff. PO Anthony Caltabiano joined in the assault. Plaintiff was also subject to foul language. POs injured Plaintiff's neck, back, shoulder, head, and face. Plaintiff incurred these injuries while he was on the ground. POs also destroyed Plaintiff's property during the assault. Plaintiff was taken to a precinct and maliciously prosecuted, All charges were dismissed on December 10, 2013. Plaintiff was physically and potentially permanently injured, requiring hospital and medical treatment, as a result of this incident.
