Description: On or about November 5, 2015, at or around 9:30PM, the plaintiffs, Robert Oliva and Patricia Oliva, were lawfully within their residence in Brooklyn New York, when several unidentified New York City officer, under an unlawful search warrant, burst into the residence and searched the apartment and allegedly recovered firearms from the building where the plaintiff's residence is located but not within their residence. The defendants claimed that the plaintiffs were in possession of the firearms and placed them under arrest.
