Complaint
Description: On January 27, 2023, while the plaintiff was operating a motorized scooter, NYPD officers including Kelvin Winters, Michael Milone, Edison Taveras, and Muhammad Malik, Tashida Wilson, Brian Flynn followed the plaintiff and struck him with their vehicle, causing severe fractures to the plaintiff's lower left leg. After the collision, the NYPD officers violently assaulted and battered the plaintiff. The defendants also refused to call an ambulance despite knowing that the plaintiff's leg was broken and that the plaintiff was suffering severe pain.
