Description: On or about January 22, 2009, at approximately 10:45 p.m., within the premises described as 391 Georgia Avenue, #5C, Brooklyn, New York (hereinafter "subject premises"), in the County of Kings, City of New York, the plaintiff was falsely arrested without probable cause by the defendant officers.
