Complaint
Description: On April 02, 2014, Plaintiff witnessed Police Defendant Colon, Police Defendant Thomas, and other unnamed Police Defendants unlawfully arresting two African American males. Plaintiff proceeded to record the interaction using his personal cellphone. Plaintiff was unlawfully ordered to stop recording, and when Plaintiff refused, the Plaintiff was subject to an unlawful search. Plaintiff then had his religious items destroyed by the Police Defendants, before a third party was allegedly coerced into claiming the Plaintiff was trespassing. Plaintiff was not placed under arrest.
