Description: On or about April 23, 2014 Plaintiff was wrongfully arrested, detained, threatened with possible use of firearms and physical force, and imprisoned for approximately 5 months without legal justification. Plaintiff was detained in a precinct, Central Booking, and Rikers. PO Evan Johnson and Lt. LaGrasta wrongfully accused Plaintiff of Attempted Murder, Attempted Assault, and Assault among other crimes. Both Johnson and LaGrasta falsely testified before a grand jury to perpetuate the malicious prosecution. Plaintiff's charges were dismissed on or about May 22, 2017.
