Complaint
Description: On April 30, 2022, plaintiff was attending a baseball game at Citi Field when he was approached by defendants Torres and Doe, who pushed plaintiff, tackled, violently grabbed and handcuffed him. They took plaintiff into a room, where they directed him to enter a cell located inside the room. They demanded that plaintiff remove all of his clothing and told him that he would remain in custody until he was completely naked. Plaintiff then removed all of his clothing. Plaintiff was then charged with Disorderly Conduct. On May 18, 2022, the charge was dismissed. Plaintiff sustained multiple injuries, incl. emotional distress, humiliation, loss of enjoyment of life and fear and intimidation for his safety.

Description: Plaintiff was waiting for his girlfriend in the Ralph Avenue C Station. He was told by Defendant Officer to leave the station. He complied, and waited outside of the station. Defendant Officer then told him to leave the entire block. When Plaintiff tried to document Defendant Officer's badge, the Officer sprayed him with pepper spray, tackled him, and then brought him into custody.
