Description: On or about June26, 2013 Planitiff was unlawfully arrested with excessive force by PO Ralph Rezza. Plaintiff was processed, detained, and imprisoned for many hours after his initial arrest until his arraignment. Plaintiff suffered physical, emotional, and financial injury, physical and emotional pain and suffering, mental anguish, shock, fright, physical pain, humiliation, embarrassment, and deprivation of rights as a result of this incident.
