Description: On February 2, 2012, Plaintiff was on his way home when officers in a police vehicle stopped Plaintiff. The officers searched his pockets and found a lady's bracelet, which Plaintiff explained he obtained it from his mother. Another police vehicle pulled up and another officer got out and asked Plaintiff a lot of questions regarding the bracelet, implying that he did not obtain it lawfully. Plaintiff was handcuffed and proposed to verify the origins of the bracelet by taking the officers to Plaintiff's home. The arresting officers include Edward Sylvester and James Weibert.
