Description: On April 1, 2013, plaintiff was ordered to stop her vehicle by officer Shields for an alleged traffic violation. After presenting license and registration, Officers Shields, and two others arrested, maliciously prosecuted and unlawfully imprisoned plaintiff for three and a half months. As a result from the actions of the officers at the arrest, plaintiff has suffered severe injuries. While in custody, she was brought to a medical facility in handcuffs and when informed officers of the tightness causing her pain, nothing was done.
