Description: On 01/12/23, at approximately, 6:00 a.m., Plaintiff Keith Rawlins was lawfully in the vicinity of 890 East 6th Street, New York, New York and doing nothing illegal, improper or acting suspicious in anyway. Plaintiff Keith Rawlins was not in possession of any contraband on his person, no contraband was in plain view and Plaintiff was entirely unaware of any contraband on the premises if there were was indeed any at all (which there was not).
