Description: On November 17, 2023, plaintiff was approached and assaulted by defendant NYPD Officers Haile Fiore and other John Doe officers. Defendants pushed plaintiff face down onto the ground, kicked her, punched her, and struck her with their knees. During this time, plaintiffs shirt was raised up and she was exposed. Defendants then handcuffed plaintiff and arrested her, taking her to a nearby precinct. After some time, plaintiff was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of her injuries, before being returned to the precinct. Plaintiff was then taken to central booking shortly after midnight, where she was detained next to adult men, eventually being arraigned and released shortly after 7 PM.
