Description: On September 28, 2022, Plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle when Defendant Police Officers and Defendant Police Officer Jack Orourke pulled the vehicle over at a checkpoint. Defendant Officers asked Plaintiff for his identification. He asked why they needed it and Defendant officers opened the front passenger door and threw Plaintiff to the ground. Defendant Officers then struck Plaintiff with closed fists numerous times. Plaintiff requested EMS and requested to be taken to the emergency room but was instead taken to the psychiatric ward and injected with a substance that rendered Plaintiff unconscious.
