Description: On January 16, 2013 plaintiff was arrested by the NYPD and charged with felonies including attempted assault in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. This arrest was based on an allegation by a complainant who had six open criminal cases being prosecuted by the Kings County DA.
