Description: On March 22, 2013, May 22, 2013, June 22, 2013, October 23, 2013, October 25, 2013 (2 separate occasions), and November 9, 2013, Plaintiffs were unlawfully stopped and searched by officers. On these separate occasions, Plaintiffs were either driving, walking, standing next to a parked vehicle, or at a deli lawfully when stopped. In each incident, Plaintiffs were forcibly patted down and had their vehicles searched when vehicles were involved. The officers offered either no explanation or false excuse as to why Plaintiffs were stopped.
