Complaint
Description: On July 11, 2015, Plaintiff was approached by Defendants and falsely accused of being involved in a drug sale. Plaintiff was not in a drug sale and was instead taking his own medicine. Defendants used this as a false pretext to illegally search and falsely arrest Plaintiff. On August 24, 2016, the charges were dismissed. As a result, Plaintiff suffered emotional distress, mental anguish, fear, pain, bodily injury, anxiety, embarrassment, humiliation, and reputational damage.
