Description: On or about May 12, 2024, Plaintiff was legally operating his vehicle on the streets of Kings County to go home. When Plaintiff pulled up in front of his home, defendants, NYPD officers approached his car with their guns drawn. Plaintiff scared honked his car to alert his family.
