Description: On February 7, 2013, at approximately 1:00 p.m., plaintiff was lawfully in his Bronx apartment when NYPD Officers Eric Hernandez, Robert Reid, Wilbert Hernandez, Sergeant James Kelly, and others unlawfully entered and conducted an illegal search. The officers tightly handcuffed plaintiff, and one of the officers purposefully and violently lifted plaintiff's hands up high behind his back, fracturing both of his wrists. The officers then pushed him to the ground and kicked him while handcuffed. While he was being put into the police vehicle, an officer intentionally slammed the door on plaintiff's foot.
