Description: On or about January 8, 2018, Defendants NYPD Officers RIVERA, DOE, and ROE without just cause or provocation, intentionally and falsely accused MS. FLEMING of having committed the crime of Attempted Assault and related charges. Prior to her arrest, MS. FLEMING was assaulted by Beijing Hopkins and had her finger severed as a result, which Defendants recovered without notifying medical personnel that they had done so, despite repeatedly being asked of the finger by such medical personnel. Thereafter, Defendants repeatedly gave false, misleading, and/or incomplete information to the Bronx County District Attorney's Office regarding the facts and circumstances of plaintiff's arrest.
