Description: On April 1, 2014, the plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, seized, searched, assaulted and arrested by certain unidentified PO including Wilbert Morales without any reasonable suspicion of unlawful behaviour. The defendants falsely accused the plaintiff of committing a murder. The plaintiff was then handcuffed and assaulted in an excessively tight fashion. The plaintiff was then taken to the 46th Precinct where the plaintiff was processed. The plaintiff was then taken to Central Booking. The plaintiff was ultimately acquitted of all charges on October 10, 2018.

Description: On October 3, 2010, plaintiff Dwayne Parker-El was at home in his apartment building in the Bronx when Defendants NYPD Detectives Wilbert Morales and Vivian Morales-Bell knocked on his door. Defendants were looking for someone in the investigation of a kidnapping of a mother and her daughter. Defendant Morales-Bell prevented plaintiff from closing the door to his apartment and stepped inside along with Defendant Morales despite the lack of a warrant. Defendant Morales-Bell threatened the plaintiff by moving towards her gun after he told her three times he would not go with the detectives to the police station.
